(2) Real spoken voice (per YouTube transcripts) — warm, plain-spoken, neighborly ("we've been residents here," "it's a great Community," "the Oasis that is Lake Las Vegas"). Use for personal-insider angles. The strongest copy uses bio voice for hooks + real voice for proof.
